Not Customizable!

Well, I pulled out UN3 for the first time in awhile the other day, and decided to restart it.



I didn't feel like re-unlocking all the characters, so I simply entered the cheat to get most of the characters. I then quickly unlocked Hanabi and Minato, and have begun wandering around in free mode.



However, I've found that most characters aren't usable in Ultimate Contest; they're not customizable. Sorry to ask such a newb question, but how do I make characters (like Tayuya, my favorite) customizable?

Cheaters never win. *That's why they're not customizable. *You have to unlock the character properly.

If you're playing on a PS3, you can always download a memory card save file:

Or if you have a device to hook your PS2 memory card up to your computer you can download one of the other saves.


However, there's no guarantee that the people that uploaded the save file didn't use the same cheat.

im pretty sure that you have to play through story mode to unlock them as u normally would but sense u already have them unlocked they shoulf then be customizable.

Well, what do I need to do to make the Sound Five customizable?

u need to play through like you normally would to unlock them. however u unlocked them is the same way u unlock being able to customize them. i think it was in story mode when u fight them but im not sure.

The Sound Five cannot be given customized jutsu, except for Kimimaro, who can learn a few customizable jutsu.

That is correct. Certain characters are not able to use certain techniques because of limitations. For example, Lee can't use ninjutsu on the game because of his inability to use chakra in the anime. I guess they made sure to copy the abilities of every character to minute detail.
