to win temari you have yo to beat all missons and survival but beat missions first to get the hidden survival levels* also you will get kakashis story after beating all missions so do that for itachi and kisame on kakashis story once thats done beat survival and if you still dont have sasuke you have to beat story mode 2 times to win him after everything is done you should have temari itachi saskue and kisame.
