Kat sat down on the floor and leaned against the wall. She could see her house from the window. Amber joined her 'daughter' on the floor.

'Your helmet is still on." Amber said to Kat.

Kat jumped slightly but then removed her helmet. Her hair was a mess but was easily smoothed out by Amber. Kat nodded her thanks but remained silent, she was thinking about the demon thing. Then she suddenly asked,

"Can we just have our weapons and get this thing over with? I know what I am so can I just go kill things?"

Amber hit her for saying that but it was too late, she had said it.

"Go ahead. Better you to die than me. Get rid of one more brainless fighter." Carter snickered, pacing around. "Where the heck is Chloe...? She gives me instructions to go here and then she pulls this. I'm getting Punk'd or something..." He sighed, plopping down onto the floor and laying back. "Shouldn't the children of the night be doing this? Not crappy adults?"

Jenifer walked up to Iken and put her hand on his shoulder.

"You wanted to talk to me?" Jenifer asked.

Iken looked at her and pulled her aside, away from everyone else. Iken's face became very serious and sullen.*

"Don't you dare put your life in danger to help any of them, not even me!* If the situation turns out bad, I'll make an opening for you and you'll run!" Iken exclaimed.*

Jenifer looked down and didn't say anything.* Iken grabbed her by the arms.

"Promise me, promise me you wont risk your life!* Promise me you wont die!" Iken said firmly.*

"I promise." Jenifer said looking down.*

Marwalks into the building, noticing all the people gathered by this monk,for his supposed prediction of what is to come. As Mar walks around henotices two people breaking away from the group to have their ownconversation, and mar can pick up bits and pieces of the conversation,but doesn't really care what is being said. Mar continues walkinggetting a better look at the "warriors" being brought together by themonk. "So the group that is destined to save the world is a monk, acop, a school girl, a nerd, a trigger happy girl, an old hag, a "street rat", the couple outside, and .." Mar walked passed carter and happen to smell the alcohol on his breath. ".. and a drunk, glad to see the world can rest easy now that, this group of misfits is protecting the world from utter destruction." Mar finishes off in a sarcastic tone, watching the weather outside turn from bad to worse.

Kekkashi laugh at what Mar said, then sat on the floor and said "Well faith choose us to save the world, she really didn't care whether we were rich or poor or even a drunk, we have a job to do, now if you want your weapons its in the next room" said kekkashi

Iken got a confused look on his face while listening to Kekkashi.* A bright flame engulfs Iken's arm.* It then takes the form of a sword and materializes into a giant orange sword with a dragon head hilt.*

"So this is where I summon it from." Iken said looking at his precious sword.*

Jenifer pulls up her shirt revealing a whip mount, one each hip.* Jenifer gets a big smile and pulls her whips off.*

"Mine are easy enough to hide so I don't have to summon them!" Jenifer exclaimed with a wide grin.*
