even though i didn't preordr storm will i still get to unlock or download the first and second hokage during the game?

no by looking at every game that did a LE hasen't made them dlc in* the store

they will probably give you a downloading availibity at least once or twice.

Pretty sure the guys at CC2 are nice people, on top of that, this game is after all for kids...people without a credit card that means, so i seriously doubt they 'll force kids to get mammies cc to get all the chars for a game....

And well, if they give it to peole who preordered the game, i can appreciate that, but it has to be dlc for everyone later right... Else it would be a waste of 1-2 characters that they made....

My conclusion, if we can't dl the 2 hokages on the first day, it will surely come later
