Kakashi's Raikiri is also known as the level three chidori. It would be three times as strong as Sasuke's Chidori. There have been circumstances however where Raikiri has been used as a half level chidori to preserve chakra.

i agree that chidori looks cooler but naruto shouldn't be hated.hes awesome,sure hes a goofball sometimes but* if it weren't for him then the 9 tailed would,ve killed everyone

On the other hand, chidori can be even more deadly when positioned correctly. For instance someone comes at me while I'm charging for chidori. let's say they use rasengan. at the last second I smirk and let my chakra sway for a second to use substitution. I end up behind them with a chance to kill without fail. Substitution cannot be used to counter a substitution, one error made in both Naruto: Clash of Niinja games.

Also, just because a certain character used it doesn't mean that it's the best technique. The best tchnique in that speaking would be reaper death seal, which is partially true. That technique falls short of ultimate hidden lotus by a hair because it is possible to escape death using ultimate hidden lotus.

True, but I'm sure that it could have been destroyed instead of sealed, or for that matter, had it's chakra sealed like the four tailed form of Naruto. I'm not sure but they could have also tried a peace treaty with the demon. Sorry dumb idea.

Wrong! It depends solely on the user and the level. Kakashi said himsel that he could use it four times a day. Now think about it. Naruto has three times as much chakra as Kakashi. If Naruto were to use chidori he'd probably be able to use taju kage bunshin and chidori, killing up to a hundred enemies woith one attack.
