ok guys i got the full character list 4 naruto ultimate ninja heroes 2.

Naruto,sasuke,sakura,neji,tenten,lee,choji,ino,shi kamaru(chunin version),kiba,shino,hinata,guy,kakashi,gaara,jirai ya,orochimaru,tsunade,itachi,kisame,shizune,kabuto ,and the 3rd hokage.

pretty much it's the same /w 3 new characters and an awesome story mode.

wikipedia says there will be 1/2 shukaku gaara, butterfly choji, cs2 sasuke, and otk naruto as playable characters, true or false?

It would seem kind of cheap to start a*battle in a powerful form... 1/2 Shukaku Gaara might seem o.k. to make as a playable but*Kyubi Naruto and Curse 2 Sasuke? Overkill unless ajusted

Better off as Special techniques.

They should've put the sound ninja 5 in this one. Kimimaro is no doubt one of my favorite ones out of the group and i use him real good in UN3. When I had the game lol.

Yeah but the only issue would be to transfer all of the movesets and characters drawings, colors, etc. and put them into this game. It's a lot of hard work, and they apparently didn't want to do it...

True. I guess when it comes to a fighting game, it's nice to have a good variety of characters to choose from. With each one specializing in something that makes them unique.
