"...okay, I'm done." Lance got up and pushed himself off of the couch. "You're beginning to annoy me. And I'm sure there must be another TV in here, somewhere..." he said, walking off, away from Kaji, with his hands stuffed inside his pockets.

Kaji came up from behind Lance and grabbed his arm. "See? You're still acting strange." She frowned "I miss the old Lance from the village. The one I first met. The one who..." The girl started to sob quietly still holding onto his arm. She wiped her tears with the back of her other hand.

"...the one who almost broke your hand in that fight?" Lance questioned Kaji, turning around and looking at her. "Don't lie to me, Kaji. I know you're faking." he said, pausing for a moment. Then, his act fell, and he glared at her. "Go away..." he demanded, calmly, yet harshly.

"You dense idiot! Why would I be faking about something like this?! I miss my FRIEND Lance! Not this complete cold hearted stranger who acts as if we are just a burden to him! Do you know where Sango and Shawn are?! They're DEAD! I even have a letter to prove it! They risked their lives for us! You honestly think they could avoid and attack from that > Melody?! Something happened to them! Sango was my MOTHER! I have the birthcertificate and everything to prove it! You think you have problems?! Well so do I! What's with your attitude! You act like you don't even care about us! We're a team remember?! WE can talk about things that our bothering us! WE only have EACHOTHER. That's it Lance. That's all...." The girl finally stopped crying and looked up at him. She threw his arm away from her grip. "Heh, the funny thing is, is that you would acctually think I*would leave you like that with a simple 'Go away.'"

"..." Lance kept his glare, not wanting to soften himself and let his guard down. He was weakened by Kaji's words, though. Turning back around and stomping away, he left her there, without a word. "Fine!" he shouted out, from across the house. "If you won't go away, a simple solution is me going away!" he yelled, entering the only bedroom, and slamming the door behind him.

A growl started to form in Kaji's throat until it errupted into a roar when she spoke. "FINE! BE THAT WAY JERK!" The shouted "If you ever change your mind YOU KNOW WHERE I'LL BE!" The girl plopped down infront of the couch annoyed. She tried watching television, but thoughts kept drifting back to how cold Lance had been to her. "Hes so stupid..." She muttered to herself.

"Awuh..."Veronica started waking up at the beginning of their argument. She slowly rose upher head. "Where... what? Why was I sleeping in a sandwich......" Shestarted mumbling to herself, unaware that there was a lot of breadcrumbs over her face. She realized Kaji and Lance were fighting in the next room and just listened. At one moment Lance brushed past her heading to the bedroom.


The three siblings were just sitting on the opposite couch of where all this had happened. "Jesus Christ, you people are so odd." Yang commented, as they all stared at Kaji now since Lance left. Brushing it off soon, they just went back to watching television. Well Yang and Kimiko... Tami was still worried. Yang was the one who was more alike Kimiko while Tami picked up some other genes. "BE GENTLE WITH THOSE DOORS LANCE!" Kimiko roared, quite sure Lance heard her even from across the house.


Veronica walked into the room, with a slightly angered vibe. "Kaji, Tara? You are his friends, so.... can I go there and beat some sense into him? Literary beat some sense into him...." Veronica asked, already cracking her knuckles. "Don't..." Tara replied looking up at Veronica "Just leave him alone." Veronica just dropped her head in disappointment and sighed before walking over to the couch and taking her seat next to Kaji.

"Oh!" Kimiko suddenly exclaimed, breaking all of the silence. "I have officially enrolled you all in an after school dojo nearby. All of you, well except me. So someone needs to go and inform mister sunshine by the afternoon." "Give us a break, ugh...." Veronica complained "What was that?" "Nothing..." She just sighed, closing her eyes. Kimiko very well heard though. "Well Veronica, now that your boyfriend left you, there is no one to protect you, so you need to know how to take care of yourself." Kimiko was of course, referring to Emile when saying boyfriend. A small smile appeared on her lips, but she didn't bother looking at Veronica. Suddenly, a pillow hit her head right in the face "You >" Soon she even stood up, prepared to attack Kimiko, while she was just laughing at her knowing Veronica couldn't even scratch her. Yang bolted up and stood in front of Veronica "Easy girl..."

Meanwhile, Tami had already left the living room. While walking down the hallway she started taking off her nightgown, completely sure no one was around. She leaned on the bedroom door with her back and pushed it open. She forgot Lance was there. Seeing him, her face just lit up red and she pulled down her nightgown. "Sorry, umh, err...I didn't realize you went to my bedroom."

Lance was sitting on a chair, in one of the corners of the room. His left elbow leaned on one of the arms, while his chin rested in the palm of his hand. The room was rather dark, even though it was still light out. However, a single stroke of sunshine broke through the window, shining on half of Lance's face. "It's... alright." he spoke, calmly. "...would you like me to get out?" he asked, in a low tone.

Kaji got up from the living room without a word to anyone. She leaned on the door frame her back to it, she arched her foot so it was behind her letting her keep her posture, with her arms folded across her chest. "Lance, We're being signed up at a dojo." She called into the room.

Lance closed his eyes, sighing at Kaji's shout. "I already told Kimiko, I'm not going to a stupid dojo..." he replied back, ignoring Tami's presence at the moment. "Sorry 'bout that..." he apologized to her, opening his eyes back up.
