The Day of Black Snow 2 (Complete)

Poison made an unexpected cough of blood as soon as she hit him. He knew he didn't have much more time until he'd have to take a break to finally let go. "Die... Kaji!" he bursted, brushing every hint of pain off to rush at Kaji. Throwing his sword off to the side, he punched her in the face mercilessly, then continued with his other fist, hitting her in the stomach. To him, inflicting pain on another human-being felt better, when doing it yourself. Then, uppercutting her away, he announced the exact opposite of what Lance told her, "...you have to die!"

Kaji was sent flying back into the snow. She laid there for a while before she shakely sat back up and spit out some blood. "Why Poison?" The girl started not looking up at him. "Why do you I have to die? Is there any other reason you hate me besides of where I was born and what village I belong to? Is it because I am mixed raced? Or my hair color? The way I look? No, really. Explain to me. WHY exactly do I have to die? What have I ever done to you besides try and be your friend and get shot down. Huh?" She looked up at him grasping her shovel once again and getting to her feet. "Do you even have a good enough reason why, or are you just a stupid brain-washed kid?"

"You lied to me." Poison told her, losing feeling in his arms. At that moment, he dropped his sword, and leaned forward, allowing his arms to dangle. "You're a Black Snow... and I'll never allow myself to forgive, much less love, a Black Snow." he said, walking towards her, still intending to kill her in someway. "If I don't kill you, then my own existence will be pointless. I was born to kill you Black Snow, so letting you live would only mean that I lived my life for nothing! That's all there is to it..." he said, forcing energy into his right arm, and pulling out his other gun. Aiming it at her forehead, yet still unstable, he whispered, "And now, you die..."

"Well, If you ask me that reason it utterly stupid." She walked towards him courageously "Love shouldn't have any*boundaries. Love is free, something that apparently you are not." Kaji frowned staring at him "I pity the hate and sadness you have to bare in your heart Poison, but if shooting me is acctually going to make you feel any better about your situation. Then do it." The red headed girl closed her eyes "Shoot me."

Kimiko was fighting any PI soliders that would come across her path, and she took most of them out with ease. While fighting someone, she noticed a little girl walking around, petrified with fear, probably lost. She quickly killed the solider she was fighting now and ran to the girl "Hey" She smiled, bending down to her.. but the girl started screaming when she saw Kimiko's claws and started running from her as well "Ugh.." Making her claws morph back to hands she followed the girl and stopped her "Let's get you to safety." She said, giving the girl a gentle smile. While taking her little cold hand, she started running to a house nearby... till she felt a blade sink into her flesh. "Uh oh..run!" She exclaimed looking down to the girl "I said run! Run!" She shouted once again, and the girl listened to her, running away as fast as possible "You grown soft, Kimiko. Tsk." Melody whispered to her, slowly twisting the blade that was inside of Kimiko's flesh. "Shut up.." Kimiko mumbled while puking out some blood.

Veronica was with Emile, rather secluded from the rest, fighting off the soldiers like everyone else. "Oh no you don't!" She shouted punching away the man she was fighting and slashing another one who was approaching Emile from behind. She kept piercing them to her lance, one by one.

Vision blurred, Poison kept attempting to steady his aim, directing his gun at Kaji's forehead the best that he could. Then, knowing his time was limited, he finally pulled the trigger, releasing a bullet. As soon as he did, though, the image of the girl's death invaded his mind, causing him to tragically miss her completely, and hit the ground, coughing up larger amounts of blood than ever before. Too overwhelmed to even speak, he just kept vomiting up the blood. Even he knew that if this went on for too long, it would kill him. "No... I... I have... I have to kill... all of the Black Snow..." he panted, following up with another outburst, staining the deadly-black snow with his red chunks of blood.

Lance and Tara ran down the main hall in the mansion they had entered. The whole place was empty, not a single soldier, nor person, in sight. It was just them two, continuing through it as fast as they could, while the sound of the blizzard could be heard from even inside, and their footsteps echoed off of the walls. The entire time, Lance didn't even dare to say a word, until they reached a large door at the end. And on it, carved into it like it was type of memorial, was an actual poem of some sort. "What the... lleh?" For some reason, the door had no handles, no visible way to open it, nothing at all, but the strange words on it. "...what do we do?!" he panicked, turning around and nervously pacing from-left-to-right, trying to think of a way in.

Kaji opened her eyes slowly and gazed down at the man below her. "You fail." She smirked "Now, I gave you a chance so, now it's my turn." The girl smiled grabbing her shovel and swinging it back driving it into his head. Blood splattered on her as it went in and you could see it cover the once clean snow. She brought her arm up and wiped the blood off her emotionless face. Black snow started to surround the three falling gently down onto them and dissapearing once it landed. "I hope you find peace in the after life" Kaji*frowned walking away from the hardly breathing body and over to Yang. She bent down slowly and gathered him into her arms ignoring the pain of her shoulder.

Tara approached closer to the door, with her hands behind her back, she started reading aloud what it said. "The day black snow trickled from the heavenly skies, I lost my beloved. Her breathtaking tears, flowing down from her eyes, to her neck, tore my heart into pieces. The gentle touch of her soft, warming hands sent shivers through me, even in the harshest of blizzards. All I had to go on were her final words she whispered out of her cold lips. Before her lively body fell silent, I promised her something...a feeling. One that may last longer than any lifetime. Something possibly even greater than love..." After finishing, she was just kept silent, staring at the door blankly in confusion.

Yang slowly started to wake up, but seemed rather mellow. He looked up at Kaji, first staring at her for a bit. "Put me down, you are hurt....I can walk on my own." He whispered to her, not yet gathering enough energy to even talk normally.. but he refused to let her carry him so he started to move around in her arms, so she would let him down.

"Pffttt." Kaji narrowed her brows "Not a chance, I saw how he stabbed you back there." She gathered him tighter and continued walking. "Don't fight with me on this okay?"
