"Yeah!" Lance shouted, excitedly, opening up the side door and hopping into the back. It was pretty gross in the back of the minivan, but, it was cool. "Awwwesooome..." Lance thought aloud, looking around. "C'mon, everyone!" he announced, jumping up and down on his butt, after he took a seat.
Unsurprisingly, Edward didn't even go near the minivan. The garage doors then suddenly opened as Edward pulled out, driving up beside the minivan. "So whose the driver?" he asked, looking at everyone he could see.
Hakel woke up to find himself in a room. He went and looked around to see if anyone was here. "I was sure the others were here. ....... mnad they left me behind the idiots." Hakel said as he went into the living room to see the hole he had landed through. "I was lucky." Hakel went out the door to see if he could see where they went. He saw the skid marks from a car and decided to follow them.
"Hurry up!" Veronica shouted to Hakel. She looked back at everyone, noticing no one was in the drivers seat "Oh c'mon..." She rolled her eyes and just scooted over, starting the engines. Forgetting it's a whistling sound, she pressed the horn signaling Edward to drive up in front of them. "Oh god.." She turned her head, glaring back at Phil that was in the way back. Once she saw Edward go, she started following him.
~30 minutes later~
"Where in the world are we going..." Veronica wondered, following Edward's car... till he came to a stop in front of a cafe "Eh?" She stared plainly, opening the door "What the heck dude!?" She shouted.
"We stopped?" Lance asked. He was laying down in the back of the minvan, looking up at the ceiling during the entire trip. Upon stopping, Lance leaned up and looked around, trying to see where they were. "I didn't know the Village Council's place was so close." he said, scratching the back of his head.
"Cafe," Edward said, stopping his car and turning it off. He then stepped out and closed the door, walking over to Veronica while tossing his keys. "as you can so plainly see." he finished. "It's still pretty early in the day, and I believe most of you haven't even had breakfast yet. Even if you have... it wouldn't hurt to get a little snack or drink, though... right?" he asked, nudging her. "And tell the others to leave the weapons in the vehicle." he whispered. "We don't want to attract attention, before we even arrive at our destination..." Edward said, tossing the keys once more and then putting them in his pocket. After that, he just walked off into the cafe.
Opening up the side door and looking out, Lance stood on the side of the minivan, peeking out as he hit Veronica with the door. And the funny part is, he didn't even realize it. "A cafe?" he wondered, waiting there for a moment. "...cool!" he said, hopping out and running up to the entrance. He decided not to go in yet, for some reason, though.
Veronica just went to the cafe, ordering some tea with milk, like an ordinary british. She took a seat somewhere near the entrance, all by herself. Crossing her legs, she started rotating the cup a little, admiring it. After she was done, she took one sip, and just sat back, hoping nothing would disturb her.
"May I ask, what your parents do for a living?" Edward asked, walking up beside Veronica. He looked down at her, smirking, before looking at what she had. "Because I have a funny feeling I know what..." he said, looking back at her.
"Wait, what about the others?" Lance asked himself, not going into the cafe. He then dashed back over to the minivan and peeked inside through the car door. There, he saw Emile sleeping, and Phil and Kaji still seating. "C'mon, you poor, lonely, souls!" Lance yelled at them. "And get your pants-less self out here, Emile! Who cares if the people see your Hello-Kitty boxers, nobody will make fun of you if you have a gun!" he finished, slamming the side door shut and running back towards the cafe.
