Yeah but his chacra*gets totally drained out after the use of his Tsukuyomi, and it cant block jutsus like Fire style: fireball jutsu, and Water style: Water shark shotgun and etc.

don't forget any chakra seals or any items that make your speed go down or lower your defense hit him and in about half a second dissapear. Also he is awesome since he can go into poison mode and when he guards kunai or shuriken just bounce off
