You are right that the thread is on topic, you are wrong about the topic being in the correct place. *In Ultimate Ninja 3, as well as the other Ultimate Ninja games, Neji doesn't have the ability to turn off another character's jutsu by using chakra blocking techniques. *The topic was started in the wrong place entirely (read the first post over again, it has nothing to do with Ultimate Ninja 3) - this belongs in gathering of ninja.
