Man, i finally got the secong hokage and i dont know if im using him wrong or if his water wall does something else, cause untill now seems pretty useless. i mean its short range and its extremely short duration (nejis rotation is way better) makes it hard to use. Does anybody know how to use him or take full advantage of his jutsu? thanks

I use characters like that in the middle of combos

not the ones in the air but the long ones on the ground, it gets them every time!!!

If you use Kakashi, his combo will usually make him poof onto the other side of the opponent. *If you summon the 2nd hokage right before he poofs Kakashi will push the opponent into 2nd Hokage's attack (and if you're lucky keep in there for a period of time). *You can probably do something similar with other characters. *I could see it happening for substitution jutsu - if you're good at pulling that one off you could summon the 2nd hokage right before you do substitution and then you can counter and do the same thing Kakashi could do.

thats funny because the second hokage can produce more water into his chakra to make it bigger the one in the game was the size of the one in the anime kakashi vs itachi.

You Could Use Him when your stuck in the middle of a combo and his water wall should break the combo so u can go back and land a combo or two

use the first hokage to do his wood style jutsu and summon the second hokage at the same time. the second should attack the oppent behind the tree and this strtegy is good for chakra loads or an ougi aim.
