Try this: when your fighting Kankuro, douple tap the x button, immediately after that hit the o button repeatedly*while pushing the anolg stick toward Kankuro as if you were trying to run toward him.

No yeah, that's what I am doing. *After it didn't work, I decided that it must not count to do that.

I did it*that way and it worked for me.

Hey to land an extra hit, you have to press o & the direction you're hitting him. If u did that & made sure u had 30% health left & it STILL didn't work then idk, sry.
