The third hokage's moves

The hokages moves seem really strong, who thinks that he might be a over-powererd character I dont really have a problem with it I might just use him most of the time.

*And I think that pretty much all of the characters are well balanced. It's more about 'which characters suits your game style' than 'which is the strongest'.

Well it would only be honest to give the 3rd kickass Jutsu, and medium Taijutsu ( normally below average, cuz he's freakin old, but enma makes up for a part of that ).... Balance is indeed the key to picking ur char i think, Depending on how u like to play, some chars will surely seem 'stronger' then others.....

I think it would be really cool to make him a pretty powerful character..but if so then you realize tsunade, jiraiya, orochi, kisame, itachi would all be pretty strong too
