i choose kakashi. he's almost invincible (if he would just stop reading that book)
*umm he does fight without the Make-Out Paradise Book and even without it he would be destroyed by Itachi and this is about anbu kakashi, when he was anbu he didnt have the book
ANBU Kakashi can't be customized. If you are him fighting a maxed-out itachi on insane difficulty or against someone you are as good as, you start with a major disadvantage. Throw in the fact that he has no ougis (secret techniques) and his combos are just average, he just relies on his jutsu and normal taijutsu. Itachi can be customized, his first ougi does* a good amount of damage, after his 2nd ougi your opponent can barely move so they are practically a sitting duck. Also, his third ougi does half the heatlh bar in damage. Throw in good combos, a good jutsu that can hit anybody anywere and a good jutsu/knock-out move and the answer is clear. Itachi owns.

ok...this is dumb...anbu kakashi has no REAL secret techniques doesn't have that good combos, the only good part are his 2 jutsus.
Now Itachi on the other hand has some crazy combos that do major damage, he has tsukoyomi (sorry if i mispelled it) which is cheap and his level 3 finisher does half a bar of damage.
This is a no brainer...the answer is Itachi...
you make a very good point there. I mean Kakashi has, and will always be, my favorite character but as far as Anbu Kakashi goes, they didn't really do him any justice espcially with S.Tech. I mean you get caught in Itachi's Tsukyomi, it's over. They hooked up Itachi so of course he's got it.
