The Prolouge

It was early morning and Jackie was getting ready for school. It never took her long to get ready. She grabbed her lunch and bags as she walked out the door and began to walk to school.

As he did every year, Mike was riding his skateboard to school. The wind caused his hood to flop open and show his red spikey hair.

Mellisa's alarm clock went off and it was some rock song. She sat up fast and looked around the room with her eyes wide open than colapsed down on the bed again, putting a pillow over her head "I need to change that alarm....its freaks me out every morning..." she mumbled than threw the pillow away, and it hit the window. She put on her big floofy slippers and started to get ready for school with her head phones already on her ears. She was all dressed in a matter of minutes. She ran downstairs "Hi mom, Hi dad!" she said smiling while walking past them in the kitchen. She grabbed a toast, put it in her mouth, and left the kitchen before they could respond. She went to the hallway, put on her sneakers, and than shouted once again "Bye mom! Bye dad!" she said, but it wasn't very clear, since she had a toast in her mouth. She walked out, turning her I-pod to full volume. she was carrying her bag on one shoulder and eating her toast with the other hand.

Jackie saw Mellisa on the other side of the street. "Hey, Melissa!" she yelled as she ran across to her. "In a rush to eat breakfast or something?" Jackie asked while watching Melissa eat the toast.

Eis got up and stretched. He scratched his armpits and he got up to his feet. He yawned as he saw his mom had laid out his clothes for him. He was happy as he put his clothes on quickly. He grabbed his MP3 player and just before he left, he downloaded a few Fort Minor songs onto it. They included, Cigarettes, Remember the Name, and Slip out the back. He then turned on full blast and plugged it into his ears. He walked out of his house, and put his hat on.
