Virtual Insanity

"No!" Mike disappeared in a fissure of darkness and reappeared in front of Fallout. He was now inside of the portal, too. But inside, everything was completely white. It looked like the Bridge World, a long, endless universe going in all directions. However, it was really a tunnel, linking the Human World and the Cyber World together. "You're not leaving here!" he stated, firmly.

Fallout kept going, slapping Mike out of his way with his arm. "You're not the boss. Nobody is. Now OUTTA MY WAY, INSECT!" As Fallout roared, it sent out another large blast energy. The same kind he used in the explosion back in Doom City.

"Gah! Glitching Abilities!" Mike kept flying back, endlessly, watching Fallout's attack completely vanish. Then, it appeared in front of him, blasting him halfway back out the portal. "Kinetic is dead! Glitch is dead! Friction is dead! As far as I'm concerned, I'M BOSS!" he roared, stopping in mid-air. Mike then leaned towards Fallout and blasted off at him.

"DON'T MAKE ME LAUGH! You're a boy! You can't possibly think people will look up to you after all your murders! The way I see it, KINETIC is the one and only boss of this world!" Despite his massive size, Fallout easily stopped and whipped his tail at Mike, this time it slashed his chest and caused him to bleed. "You're such a bother..." He stopped completely, it appears now he now has all his attention on killing Mike.

Mike hovered his arm over his wound, healing himself. Then, he threw his arm to the side, releasing a wave of flames in Fallout's direction. "Flame Wave!" he called out it's name, running out of options to hold Fallout back. After that, Mike kept giving him one Flame Wave after another, intending not to let him continue any further.

Taking the brunt of the attacks, Fallout swung his arms around the flames and grabbed Mike, preparing to smash him in his palm. "DIE!" His grip loosened for a second, but in another second it was going to constrict and turn Mike into liquid.

Mike struggled to get out of Fallout's clutches, slowly becoming a Virus himself. "NO!" he roared, thrashing around as much as he could to try and break free. His clothes and body slowly started to form into something else, the touch of Fallout completely changing him. "NO!!!" he screamed. By now, half of his body was already fully-infected and turned into a Virus.

"What's this? Looks like you're going back to what you were before..." Fallout grinned, revealing hundreds of razor-sharp teeth. He simply*threw Mike away, "You can have the Cyber world. You can even have the human world. There is another..."

A small gray platform rolled in, to help Mike land safely. He still crashed against it, heavily, though. He started sweating furiously, more and more of his body becoming that of a Virus. Even his voice began to alternate. "Trevor..." he struggled to say, unable to breathe anymore. It actually happened. Mike was defeated, even in his legendary Dark Form. "Trevor..." he murmured again, lifting up his arm. The platform under him then started to dissolve, since Mike created it with his Glitching Abilities. But his energy was rapidly fading, and soon, it would be gone, and he would die.

"It looks as if it is time..."

Anisa sat up wondering if Mike was okay, or if he needed her help, She looked up and the portal was still open "Hmm... Should I?" She thought outloud
