Hello. I have played the game for quite some time now. I am only missing the last three characters. To help solve this question, Konohomaru and his Squad her the last characters that I have recruited. I know one of the last three is the Yellow Flash (fourth Hokage). your talkin bout the 1st 2nd and 4th hokages then go to the place where shikaku is always standing in shishuya then you'll see ebisu answer all his riddles correctly.
