neji is the best character to use, he's fast on the attack plus he has his ultimate attack: 8 trigrams: 361

I'm excellent in using almost everyone.Some of my weak characters are a little of Hanabi,Gaara,Chouji and sometimes Jirobou.I'm good in fighting in weightless state.But i'm very outstanding if i'm using Naruto,Sasuke,Ino,Gai or Lee.I'm good with everyone.But if I'm to choose one character to fight with,i'd choose either Naruto or Sasuke.

you're right yellow flash is the best that there could ever be and knowing that he sealed the nine tails in naruto u can tell that he is definitely awesome
