When ever i face 1 v 1 against a computer in battle mode the computer sasuke is able to use sharigan but i cant!! plz tel me how to use this move!!

Go to the shop and look for the Sharingan Scroll.

Use Sasuke In Scenario mode and after you battled a little you will unlock scrolls. You may not get the right scroll right away but if you keep trying you should unlock the Sharingan Scroll
