Here's my solution



Every char will be seperated into lvls, 1 2 and 3.

First lvl is for strongest chars, and only lvl one can fight lvl ones. (Shikamaru, Temari, Hiruko etc)

2nd lvl is* for average lvl chars, and only lvl 2 can start on lvl 1es and players who chose lvl 1 will cant challange lvl 2 or 3 in other words lvl 1 cant challange lower ones, only higher which dont exist. (Kabuto)

3rd lvl is weak characters. So they are the weakest such as konohamaru. They cant be challanged by higher lvls.


Ill keep these rules for myself, and dont want anyone to use it without my permission.

TS Kankuro (I'm not sure about him. I almost put him in the first level.)

All PTS Genin (Ino, Sasuke, etc.) EXCEPT FOR PTS Sakura

First, Second, Third and Fifth Hokages
Shizune
Kakashi

Kurenai
Asuma
Sound 4 (doesn't include Kimimaro)

Kabuto
Zabuza

Wait so you can play a lvl 1, but you can only fight lvlvs ones? Ok hold up just a mintue. So how would this work in trouney play? I think that make it easier for someone who main shika or sasori to go to the top.

Nice jobs i like the idea with the 3 characters lvl. But Wouldnt Lee be with lvls 1 ??

I think he is, but if a player will chose him while hes at lvl 1, he will have an almost same chance of success. So this automatically make a tournament unfair. So he must be at lvl 2. Good guess. :d

I'm also toying with the idea of moving Kabuto and/or Shizune and/or Kurenai to the first level. What do y'all think?
