Yup, Accel 3 is released. If you go on GameFAQS, you'll see a lot of people got their games already. Someone got it on 9th December. And if you just download the game and dont get those Icha Icha books, go to GameFAQS. There is a topic on the later pages about those codes. These codes give either attacks or THE AWESOME NARUTO HOKAGE WALLPAPER! Oh yeah, the official site has been updated as well as the CC2 site.

By either network update or from a shop. I do it by network.

Icha Icha books are famous collection written by Jiraiya which Kakashi reads a lot. They are given as bonus for pre-ordering the game. They have a code inside them(I think) and if you put that code in the game you get a bonus.
