How to get sasukes sharingan

Look into the scroll store for Sasuke's Sharingan. If not then you need to level hm up for the Sharingan to be unlocked.

No. When you unlock him, he has Chidori, Chidori Senbon, Fire ball jutsu, and Chidori Stream.

I leveld him up to over 60, but there is no sharingan scroll.

I got his sharingan scroll when i beat akatsuki mode with itachi.
