Just messed around with Tsunade one day.

If you wanted use Tsunade's "charge" attack, dubbed "Iris," normally when you held O, her jab would come out and then she would charge for the attack, BUT, there is a way you can do "Iris" without having her jab come out. While Tsunade is performing any attack or combo, during the animation, hold down the O, that way, when the animation of the attack or combo finishes, she'll charge for her Iris attack without her jab coming out.
