Also, correct me if I'm wrong, but even if I didn't have the game, shouldn't the heading still be there? Considering I get alot of add-ons in that list for games I've never had and have no interest in getting. Thanks again.
You are correct, even if you don't have the game it would still be there.
However, I do know that some Teen rated games are banned in Norway. *If they don't sell the game in stores then it's banned and it won't be on the PS Store for Norway accounts. *You could always set your billing address as a hotel in the UK to see if that makes the game appear in the PS Store.
I'll try changing my billing adress, but yeah, the game is sold in Norway and is not b anned in any way. Forgot to answer on that point.

In fact, I can't think of a single title that I've ever heard getting banned in Norway. I know Germany bans a few games, but aside from the travesty of banning Life of Brian a few decades ago, the Norwegian rating folks have been remarkably passive.
