can someone explain what tiliting meaning in the combo menu

Yeah I had a problem with what "tilt" meant too.* I still can't get any character to do the tilt moves with an actual tilt.* Instead its a "flick".* Just flick the left analog in any direction then hit the attack button. The same as tapping a direction.* Some require more presses of the attack button for continuation...

what I do to "tilt" is move the stick one way, but only halfway(as if im walking in storymode, to apprach a bird for example), then quickly move it halfway the opposite direction, press circle. Dunno if that's how the command was intended to be executed, but it works 100% for me.

I find the easiest way to do this is to tilt the stick all the way to any direction, then let it go back to the middle and quickly start pressing circle.

Seems theres no reason left to explain, but yeah tilt b's/o's are the ****. awakenings have them aswell if you didn't know already aswell.
