YAY Less than 2 weeks *maniac laugh*....better not laugh like that in the class LOL
Anyway I'm so going to midnight launch (however sad it is with my mum but don't want to get robbed since supply is low. MUM PROTECT ME). Can't wait for new pokemon games (yeah i finished black 2 days ago. Epic) and SMT. Thumbs up for 3DS

Nintendo takes a different stance from Sony and Microsoft and for that they are attacked on many forums. Infact you'll be harassed on gamefaqs if you are pro-Nintendo on any board beyond Nintendo based ones.

I am getting a 3DS this summer.

Well, the 3DS is a game changer. Even if the trolls say, "well it's not much more powerful than a nintendo 64" the glasses-less 3D instantly trumps Sony's 3D solution - and Microsoft doesn't even have plans to support 3D!

Microsoft is the nub of the three, it either copies or makes less versions of whats already out there. If it weren't for live they would have been knocked out of the game.

WRONG SIR! Halo is the only reason Microsoft is still in the console business. If it weren't for Halo, the original XBox would have died off worse than the Dreamcast.

That as well, but the availability to download other genres of games it was kept live from being a fps lovers fest. Infact I still have games I need to get.

Well, the original XBox didn't have much in the way of stuff you could download. There was stuff like songs, for the xbox music maker (karaoke). There was the Halo 2 map pack addon, which was re-released as a new disk anyway.... And I think that was it. If it weren't for Halo - the original XBox would have died and the 360 would never have seen the light of day.

How could anyone say that the 3ds is barely more powerful then the N64? That's crazy considering it can run Super Street Fighter 4. This system is a beast
