My guess is that the person who use the impure world resurrection jutsu can chose what point from their life his summons are.

Notice how all the kages kabuto summoned are in their youths? And not old men.
That makes me believe that summoner would chose the time they are the strongest. (in their 20-30's?)

Nah they are all the same age they where when they died. Very few ninja live to as ripe an old age as guys like Danzo or the Third Hokage did.

Welp what does everyone think of the current event that have been transpiring in the ninja war? Is Tobi really Madara now that a younger Madara has been revived or is he just another overpowered revenge-crazed Uchiha? Since apparently the Rinn'egan is in both the Uzumaki and Uchiha line, what would you think of a final battle between Naruto and Sasuke...both wielding the controversial dojutsu?

Regardless, the masked man is a crazed Uchia, it is part of their curse ha. Second, I think it is kakashi's old friend . Third, I am curious how Naruto is supposed to fight Sasuke but ran into Tobi, hmmmmm...

I doubt it's Obito...What motive could he possibly have to attack the Leaf like he has? Plus Tobi first attacked the Fourth Hokage shortly after Obito's death....How could a he amass that much power in only a few years. When I say few years, I think I'm being rather generous since Kakashi didn't look that much older at all.

I'm still trying to wrap my head around how they could have managed to develop that move in the first place. I mean you can't have too many people throwing around Izanagi for obvious reasons

Meh, Madara is incredibly overpowered more so than anyone else in the series. He created a flipping army of Sasouno, used wood style, and has a flipping Rinn'egan...Oh and that's still not as impressive as perfect Sasouno.....
