New York City, New York. United States of America, 2014. President Trevor C. Miller has thrown our country into a state of chaos. Freedom is nothing but history, now. With a future of dictatorship closing-in on us, it's impossible to escape the inevitable. Well, until we die. Not everyone. Just us, a select few who all die simultaneously, under the greatest injustice imaginable. That's right, an accident. However, when the lives of all are weighed on one single person, that person wishes for their revival. The only addition? The death of that one person couldn't be enough. As a result of their miraculous recoveries, they're given a power. A power that resides in the eyes. A power to kill...
Given the almighty ability to end life with simple eye-contact had to have it's purpose, though. Here comes the addition. The one who had to ultimately die, returned as a ghost. After explaining their new power, their mission became clear. Change. The world could reach change, but it couldn't see it. They had to be the world's eyes. And they had to start with the United States of America. Their first major target? President Trevor C. Miller. Time for the world to see change...
Of course, we couldn't merely go on without problems of our own, though. There's always the option to not kill to purify the world. That's why there's a curse always in effect. We must kill to help change the world, for the rest of our very lives. If not? We slowly die, until we're gone for good. But that's not all. Hot on our trail, is our worst nightmare. The CIA. They'll stop at nothing to uncover the cause behind all of the mysterious deaths, that were our doings. You may think they could never narrow you down. Then again, if you did, you'd be tracked down so fast, you'd never see it coming. It's not just a mission for change, it's a trial for survival. It's seeing death...
Personality: Daniel has two personalities. He's more likely to be calm and silent while out in public, or facing a struggling situation. In private, or with friends, though, he likes to relax, and be more friendly, and careless.
Information: Daniel lives a pretty normal life. There's nothing really outstanding about him. Nothing he lets show, anyway. His parents are alive and well, somewhere across the country. With them is his younger brother and sister. They all moved just recently, from New York, where Daniel is now. He wanted to stay in his home, however. And he was certainly old enough. Still looking for a job, he sleeps in at an old apartment he pays for out of his marriage money. But with no plans to wed, he felt it would be fine to use it. With nothing to do in his time, most of it's directed towards job-hunting, and hanging out with friends. And that about sums him up, until he dies, and gets his eye power.

Description:
Name: Mina Heighel
Gender: Female
Age: 19
Personality: Quite reserved around strangers, very well mannered and polite, lovable, somewhat shy and truthful. But, she can be rather spoiled from time to time, careless, and easily hurt.
Information: Mina, along with her sister Raichel, grew up in a very rich family. She went to a private school and now to a private University. Never had too many friends, not even a boyfriend. Her parents were quite old fashioned, and they were determent to find husbands for both of their girls once they would turn 22(After college). They didn't want them to fall in love with someone that isn't according to their standards.
Mina didn't care, and she tried to live a modern life as much as possible. She would sneak out at night to go to a party, she had hidden all 'teenage' clothes in a suitcase under her bed since she was only allowed to wear long skirts and long sleeved sweaters/shirts, or formal dresses if she would go to a dinner with her family.
Her relationship with her parents was rather good, but with her sister-not so much. They barely communicated and Raichel was always quite rude to her. It hurt Mina very much, but she never shared it with anyone. Raichel was the bad sibling, while Mina was known as the goody-goody one. That is most likely why Raichel resented her.
Description:
Name: Raichel Heighel.
Gender: Female
Age: 23
Personality: Outgoing, mean, sneaky, perfect liar, charming and bossy.
Information: Raichel is Mina's older sister. She lived a life exactly like Mina, only she was a rebel from the start. Unlike her younger sister, she didn't bother to hide all her jeans, leather jackets and high heeled boots. She didn't bother sneaking out of the window at night, no, she would walk straight out of the front door. Every single day she would argue with her mother and father. It even came to that for her father to hit her sometimes, but that didn't stop her.
Her parents introduced her to her future husband once she turned 22, but she completely ignored his existence. He called, she wouldn't answer. They set them up for dinner, she wouldn't talk.
It isn't true Raichel didn't try to be a good daughter, but she just couldn't. She started hating her parents for trying to control her life and even her sister out of jealousy... but she would never admit it. She hated how their parents would always brag about Mina, give compliments to Mina, just because she seems to be obedient. The longest sentence she had spoken to her younger sister in the last five years has been "You are a pathetic slave to them."

Personality: Rickey, like Daniel, also has two personalities. One of them is how he loves to be reckless, and optimistic towards everything. However, that personality is only a massive lie, because in actuality, he's extremely collected, and believes that the ground that he stands on is so higher than others, that they're not even worthy of being seen by him.
Information: Rickey's parents abandoned him when he was just an infant. In response to this, he was brought into an orphanage, where he was soon adopted by a wealthy family, due to his outgoing hair color. After that, he was taken to New York, from wherever it was he came from, and that's where he spent most of his growing up. However, although attending public schools upon request, he never told anybody about his secret. He didn't want anybody to know he came from the rich Shades household, or that he wasn't even their real child. Nonetheless, he managed to maintain a seemingly-average life outside of his home, but inside, he's a whole different person. To everyone else, he's just Rickey. But within their mansion, he's Sir Rickey Shades, an arrogant, overconfident, intelligent man. Description:

Personality: Kind of slow when it comes to things. Gentle speaker, tends to have a sad personality if he slows someone down to his blindness.
Information: Blind from birth, Mason was welcomed into a house that had loving parents. It was pretty odd, his parents were blessed, at the cost of his sight. That's how he sees it, his mother and father were on the brink of splitting until Mason was born, but when he was born and they got the news he was blind, they resolved everything just so they could give him a normal childhood. Of course the price was worth it, parents faithful to eachother, ones that love him despite him being sightless. However, as high school rolled around, he wasn't in the loving enviroment anymore. It was basically the jungle and Mason was alone in it - pranksters took advantage, the upper echelon stood him up and left him hanging. He was a bright, handsome some even say, it was his heart that they chose not to get to know. Despite all those things Mason never held hatred nor any grudges against them.
It was very hard settling into New York - the city that never sleeps is also the most active city so keeping up with the crowd and getting around was very dangerous for him. He had moved their to attend school shortly after he graduated. He lived in an apartment next door to a nurse who had helped him get around the city...still does, actually, she insists due to the likely hood of him being hit by a car or robbed.
However, once he gains his supernatural abilities, when he uses it he is able to see for the time it is active. Which is essentially why it's de-sensitizing him and moving him away of what he once was.
A cover of black, framed by two towering pillars. Blinking holes in the cover, leaking out light. Made out to be the sky and two buildings, a young man's vision cleared up, as his eyelids lifted to reveal two large pupils. His large coat weighing him down, he slowly raised his body upward, and peered off to his right, and then his left. It was night out, and he was hidden beside a dumpster, shoved away in a random alley. Lips opening to speak, but no words coming out, the boy hesitated. He wasn't alone. There was another man with him. His back faced towards the poor boy, he grinned sinisterly, counting away at a stack of money. And the first thing noticeable about him? The gun hanging wildly from his back pocket, and blood stains scattered across his clothes.
"Heh, heh, heh... this should last me a good few months. Hard to believe a chump like 'im could 'ave so much on 'im." the man sneered, as the stink of his breathe escaped his mouth.
The youngster's eyes widened, and suddenly, a strong, narrow glare overcame him. "Oh, yeah... now I remember." he whispered silently to himself, pushing off of his knee so that he could arise. "You're the one..."
The man's wrinkly fingers stuttered, and in an instance, reached for his gun. Pointing it swiftly at the boy's head, yet jiggling around with uncertainty, he questioned him, "H-How?! That's impossible... how could you still be-"
"-alive?" Finishing for him, he started walking towards the man, slowly. "Simple, really. You can't kill. You don't have the power. You just have a gun, and bullets." A short smile, possibly even more sinister than the robber's, then formed on his lower-face.
"W-What is this?! ...what are you?! Some sorta zombie?!" the man panicked, too frightened to even aim his weapon, now.
The boy stopped, dead in his tracks. "I just have the power... that's all." Shooting a gravely stare into the man's eyes, he then announced, "-I know I can kill!"
