idk, but im starting to think that pre-ordering is just a good way to not have to work for them...and if you pre-order you get a secret mission

all the dlc should be at the same time then what was the point of having the hokage's as pre order bonuses? i think the first and second hokage won't be dlc like the others so that why they where pre order bonuses.
