Mini Tournament

Hey if anyone is still here, and im saying this because it seems there are less and less people online here, who would like to make a mini tourney?
rules are simple:
1. 1 Ultimate Jutsu per match, when it is bound to finish off opponent (no spaming it if u missed you cant uj again)
2. 3 lives each player (making 5 rounds max)
3. no repeating same attacks 3 times in a row (ie. rasengan, rasengan, rasengan; or grab, grab, grab...)
4. 8 jutsus max (maybe it'll change)

About time someone's starting a tourney
Rules are fine for me, but I don't feel like counting substitutions...

1st rule could be changed so that the Ultimate is not allowed 'til it's bound to finish off the opponent, like an Ultimate should. Just saying
