idk if that's sarcasm or not, but seriously? They have showed so many gameplay videos and the like. If you looked at it and still decided to purchase it, then it's just your fault.

I just got the game for PS3/Xbox... LOVE IT! however i am a little bit disappointed that the "special"support characters such as the Sound 5 etc are not available as playable characters. After all the stories i heard about the game before release i was kind of expecting to be able to play more new Characters and not 3 different versions of Naruto, Gaara, Sasuke etc dont get me wrong i love all the current characters, but i would have loved, and i am assuming many other people agree that it would have been epic if those chars would be included. :/

I just wanted to give a big shout out to all the guys that complained about how the substitution system in Ninja Storm 2 was bad. Good job guys, you've now got your wish. You can substitute 4 times and it starts recharging as you get knocked around not being able to do a damn thing. So thank you for complaining about that. This new game is now just button mashing. I've have had this new game now and frankly it took a step down from Ninja Storm 2. You thought the unlimited amount of times you could dodge was unfair? Have you even tried online now? It's even more spam than in Ninja Storm 2. Oh and the best part is they tried to compensate for the, now limited, substitution times with this new chakra dash. Oh yes that's really great. Now I can burn through my chakra even faster than I could in Ninja Storm 2. It actually took skill to substitute in the last game. Now I can just casually hit the left bumper (Xbox 360) and I'll dodge just about anything, as long as I have 4 substitutions still up. If you disagree with me and say that Generations is FAIR, I'm just going to laugh in your face. I was waiting for this game for months when I heard about it. I started watching videos about it and I saw that stupid substitution bar. I was hoping the developers would have enough sense to take that out but clearly they dont know a good idea when it smacks them in the face. So again, thank you for ruining what was suppose to be a good game.

I'm not sure what was going on during the creation of Generations....but Whiskey Tango Foxtrot (WTF)! Why on God's green earth would you step down from the greatness of Storm 2? I mean really guys. This whole game is garbage now. Thank you very f@*%ing much. Actually, the only decent part of Generations is that there are more characters. Other than that it can go to hell. True, I am one of the few that will actually play the game, beat it and keep it; reason being though is that I am a big fan of the Naruto series. If there is any way possible that you can drop a new game with a few improvements to the Storm 2 system this year, that'll be a wonderful way to make up for this crappy s&!%.

About the substitution: It did NOT take skill in the last game to use substitution. Everyone was just mashing the sub until it just happened.

I was not among those who complained about that, I had no problem with the mechanics in the older games, but this sub-bar addition brings a new element to this game. You can't just stand there and spam the sub until it happens -> Ultimate to the back. This was the biggest problem in Storm 2. Here the sub is easier to do, but it's also limited, so you can not just mash the button, that way you'll just get screwed.

For another thing, Ultimates are now WAY harder to hit with. And I appreciate that. Now the fights won't be Sub+UltimateX3=Game over. They fixed a lot of issues with the earlier game, but it seems that almost no one is okay with it. If this game sucks so hard, go play Storm 2 or something, I don't care.
