Naruto Shippuden Ultimate Ninja Impact 2

I currently own the game Naruto shippuden ultimate ninja impact, which turned out to be a great game. But at the same time it lacks certain aspects which could and would have made it a better game. Why is my topic titled Naruto shippuden ultimate ninja 2? Because there WILL be one, GUARENTEED. Which may appear to be a rumor, i know to be true. #2 Will have a VS Mode, alongside more characters which were left out of this one, for example the 5 kage(s). By them leaving such things out of 31, they will be able to make a number 2 because there will be something to look forward to. Not just 'anything' but a VS Mode, which would of made it alot better as you and I both know. With that being said, Discuss what YOU would like to see in #2 and what you feel would make it a better game.

I won't be so sure about a sequel. Heck even if they do make one it'll be for the Vita and considering how poorly the first one sold they might decide it's not worth the money to localize

You have to consider, its still a fairly new game. i for a fact know there will be one, they wont turn down even MORE money.also, its a great game and lacks things which would of made it an even better game. think about it, you fight the kage(s) but can only use about half of them in battle, and the ones you cant use have insane moves. (something to look forward to) and once again, the vs mode. i do believe it will be for psp and vita. because not everyone is gonna have a vita. i believe number 1 was a test subject to see what they could do, now that one is out 2 is going to be even better.

It sold less then 30,000 copies in north America which is outright pathetic. Add to the fact it's far to late to be making new Psp games now and the fact Vita will have a smaller userbase and I can't seem them bothering to localize a sequal anytime soon even if one is made.

I know it's fairly new but considering the competition in November it isn't going to sell anything past what it's sales numbers where for week 3.

You're turning a blind eye on exactly how good a game impact is, there is REASON for everything you just mentioned. (Which i will explain) Also, psp games will be made for YRS To come, why? because the go/vita dont support UMD'S. For petes
sake Ps2 games are still being made. The reason is, More people in the world own Xbox360's/Ps3's which you should know is a fact to be true. More people are looking forward to Naruto Shippuden Ultimate Ninja Generations. Nobody is willing to spend 40$ on a Psp Game and then soon after 60$ on Generations, not to mention alot of people dont have money like that personally, its they're parents. Not to mention the majority of Kids in the world who refuse and wont buy both and would rather wait and settle for one.

Like I said there are many of different reasons for this, it doesn't mean its a 'horrible' game nor will there be a sequel. There are far too many horrible games/movies in the world that have 2's to them, hell even 3's. I know for a fact there will be a 2, believe it or not keep it in mind for when it is released. I doubt you own a copy yourself, you've probably only seen video's. They left out far too much to not make a Number 2. But its nothing more than you're opinion vs mine so we'll just have to wait and see.

Anyhow yes, shovelware is still made for PS2 but it hasn't had any big release for years being a dead platform. Heck there are still even indie games being made for much older systems but not in numbers that actually matter to the mass market.

To Developers like Namco the psp is dead, especially in the west where gamesales have all but dried up. They aren't going to waste money making new games for when the return of investment simply doesn't exist.

And no I don't own a copy, why would I waste my limited money on something that only has a metacritic score of 59? Especially in a time with a bunch of triple A titles coming out? Just like with movies I don't have the patience for mediatrocity

Btw other bad Naruto games on psp like Akatsuki rising and Kizuna drive didn't get a squeal so what makes you think this one will be any different?

First of all let me make this clear. You cannot..CANNOT, Compare Akatsuki Rising and or any of the other Naruto games to this. It is COMPLETELY different. Akatsuki rising, was an attempt of making a naruto storm game for the psp, just a different simulation. Instead of using Triangle, Circle for moves, you hold (cant remember which button) But yeah to show your attacks menu. But basicly its Literally Naruto storm for psp, with some Dynasty Warriors mixed into it. I love the way the they have the attack buttons set. To do the combo's isn't O O O <- O O O or any of that its o triangle o etc. o o triangle etc, o o o triangle..And you get the point. You still have you're triangle O Spec. 'Chidori' or whatever it may be. It's a sick underrated game. You gotta learn how to think for yourself sometimes. Not listen to critics, the media. Compared to True Naruto fans who actually own and play alongside Beat the game.

Impact 1 was really nice and different than all the other naruto games. I always wanted vs mode in it, training mode in it would be perfect too, since it's not there in UNS 1 or 2.... Can't wait for Impact 2
