From what I've heard the Card Edition will have one deck of cards plus a booster pack. The cards in the booster pack are compatible with the game, but not the ones in the full deck of cards. I could be wrong, of course, but I think this is how it is :P

Well, even if it's just that one card, I'm glad. I really enjoyed the US demo of the game, and I'll just practice on it until the game comes out. Making a group here for weekly tournaments.

I'm in the tourneys, already I'd probably be willing to help you with the tourneys, if you want. But let's leave that to the future, when the game comes out

I agree with you completely why would they only have them for support when they have been playable in the past like Shizune or Anko...also Chojuro is support and I like his character.

Best addidtion ever if you input it

How about you give us "Classic" mode which give us the ability to play vs in the "Ultimate ninja 4-5" style of 2d fighting. That way people who wants to play ultimate ninja 5 but lack a ps2 can finally get their share, and since it just a mode, it doesn't take away from the 3d fighting, in that way everyone wins, i mean cmon coding for the ulitmate ninja 5 format shouldn't be hard since you already done it 5 times.

No...just...no. It's just better to make them stay a seperate game. The only way they would put the Ultimate Ninja series on the PS3 is if it was PS2 Classics downloadable from the Playstation Store. If you put it in Ultimate Ninja Storm Generations, that's just not going to be good since it doesn't cover up to the Five Kage Arc.

what are you talking about? it the same game, it has the same characters, story, backround, ect... The only thing it doing is imputing a new mode within the versus mode. So now when we play vs, we have "Ninja Storm" and "Classic" the campaign is untouched, the gameplay for people who wants to play ninja storm is untouched, wtf is this **** about missing story arcs, it not that hard to convert new characters into 2d format. So i don't really understand what your argument is.

How about you convert it then, if it ain't that hard? You really don't know anything about making games, do you...

But seriously, that'd be kinda a dumb idea. It would use up much more space from the disk, hence affecting everything in the main game.
And I understand Naruto669's point since you said "people who wants to play ultimate ninja 5 but lack a ps2 can finally get their share", meaning that they'd implement Ultimate Ninja 5 into Generations.

You just don't seem to have any idea what you're talking about.

Well, I can definitely tell that you want to mess up games here. I hope you don't become a game designer anytime soon >_>;. I will say this only once: YOU SHOULD NOT UNDER ANY CONDITION PUT A PS2 GAME IN A PS3 GAME! Why? Like what DonJah said. If you end up putting a game within a game, it would use up too much space on the disk; not only that, but it would also make the gameplay slower with more load times. There is a PS2 Classics section within the Playstation Store in which you can buy PS2 games. We do not need Sony putting in games that do not belong in there. They remade Ninja Gaiden for the PS3. So what you're telling me is that they should include the original Ninja Gaiden for the Xbox onto Ninja Gaiden Sigma which is on the PS3? That makes no sense compared to what some other games did. Take for example Sonic Adventure DX. The game was for the GameCube YET they added older classic Sonic games onto the disk. Why? Because they had extra room on the disk, along with the fact that the graphics card for the GameCube could handle it.

We can sit here and talk about this all day, but the fact still remains that if they put any Ultimate Ninja game into Generations, gamers would have to not only pay more but also longer load times.
