me personaly neji becuase this man can slow down time as he fights and if rock lee stepped in his curilces (126 palms) rock lee would loose. hands down.

I wasn't sure what you meant by (teen age days) so I'll say Pre Shippuden Neji would win and in Shippuden Lee.

if they were younger neji would win but since they are older and with different moves lee would win.teen lee is out of tenn nejis league.
